Our system is modeled like a 3-tier university—designed to develop each client mentally, physically, and emotionally. Clients must pass physical and mental assessments to advance to higher tier.

Designed for those who are committed to maintaining their progress, staying active in our community, and continuing to lead by example. This program offers FREE membership with ongoing access to all Tier 3 services, as long as you meet a our requirements.
Must complete 4 Evolt scans/year (1 per quarter)
Maintain within 8% body fat of your Tier 2-established goal
Attend at least 1 class or training session/week (virtual or in person)

Meet Our Founder
Joseph Bolton (J.B.) – Founder/CEO/Head Trainer
I’m a passionate fitness professional with over 30 years of experience transforming lives - from
everyday individuals to elite athletes.
My journey includes helping clients lose weight, recover from injury, and unlock their full
physical and mental potential. With that experience, 31FlavorFitness was born - a space built on
purpose, passion, and results. I’m certified through the NGA (National Gym Association), with
additional certifications from ISSA, ACE, and CPR.
I’m what you’d call a creative trainer: like a musician, I don’t just play notes - I orchestrate
movement, mindset, and energy to help reveal the best version of you.
Together, we walk through the door of transformation - one powerful step at a time.
